Experience One – detailed: Start as soon as any warning appears. 1 – 2 drops of Frankincense on your finger and rub on the roof of your mouth. Roll PastTense Tension Blend on the back of the neck and the base of the skull. 1 – 2 drops of DeepBlue Soothing Blend on the temples and forehead, also Soothing Blend can be applied to the neck and shoulder region. 1 – 2 drops Digestive Blend internally if nauseous (2-3 drops in water).
